High Intensity Interval Training
Is a strategic form of exercise enhanced with alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercises
with less intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity
and conditioning, improve metabolism and improved fat burning. There is no specific formula;
