High Intensity Interval Training

Is a strategic form of exercise enhanced with alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercises with less intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and conditioning, improve metabolism and improved fat burning. There is no specific formula; hundreds of programs can be developed depending on our objectives. There are a few short lines of fluff above blah, blah, blah, but in all reality H.I.I.T. is going to kick you in gear and get some great results, results that will continue to foster your drive and motivation.
